Shipping, Returns and Refunds
Last updated: 25 October 2026
Every Shoot The Frame book is printed on demand by our print partner after you order. This page explains delivery and what to do if something goes wrong.
Printing and dispatch
Your order is usually sent to print within a day of payment. Printing typically takes a few working days, but can take longer at busy times. We can’t guarantee a dispatch date.
Shipping
Shipping options and prices are shown at checkout. Delivery times are the courier’s estimates and are not guaranteed. Where the service includes tracking, we’ll email you the tracking details once our print partner provides them.
Customs and import charges
Orders sent across borders may attract import duties, taxes or fees in your country. These aren’t included in our prices and are payable by you. If a parcel is refused or returned because these charges weren’t paid, we can’t refund the shipping.
Your delivery address
Please check your address before paying. If a parcel can’t be delivered because the address entered at checkout was incorrect or incomplete, we aren’t responsible for it, and any reshipping will be at your cost.
Damaged or faulty books
If your book arrives damaged, has a printing fault, or isn’t the book you ordered, please email admin@shoottheframe.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- your order number
- clear photos of the problem
- photos of the packaging, if the parcel was damaged
We’ll look into it with our print partner and let you know what we can do. If the book is faulty or damaged, we’ll provide a remedy in line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. We may ask you to return the book.
Minor variations that are normal for print-on-demand books, such as slight differences in colour, trimming, cover position or binding, are not faults.
Lost or late parcels
If your parcel hasn’t arrived well after the estimated delivery date, email admin@shoottheframe.com with your order number. We’ll look into it with our print partner and the courier and let you know the outcome. Couriers usually need time to investigate before a parcel is treated as lost.
Change of mind
Because every book is printed to order, we don’t offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
Your rights
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing on this page limits those rights or any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
Refunds
Any approved refund is made to your original payment method. Your bank may take several working days to show it.
