Terms of Sale

These terms apply when you buy from the Shoot The Frame Shop at shop.shoottheframe.com, run by Tiny Design & Co. Pty Ltd, trading as Shoot The Frame (“Shoot The Frame”, “we”, “us”), based in Victoria, Australia. By placing an order you agree to these terms, our Shipping, Returns and Refunds policy and our Privacy Policy.

Our books

Our books are printed on demand by an independent print partner, Bookvault (Printondemand-worldwide, Peterborough, United Kingdom), at one of its printers in the United Kingdom, United States, Canada or Australia. We do not print, pack or ship books ourselves.

Product photos are illustrations. Print-on-demand books can vary slightly from book to book and from what you see on screen, including in colour, trimming, cover position and binding. Minor variations like these are normal and are not faults.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars (USD). Shipping is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your full card details. If your card is in another currency, your bank sets the exchange rate and any fees.

Orders

We’ll email you a confirmation once your payment goes through. Orders are sent to print shortly after payment, so we usually can’t change or cancel an order once it’s placed.

We may cancel and refund an order if a book is unavailable, if there is a pricing or listing error, or if we suspect fraud.

Delivery

Printing and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. They depend on our print partner, couriers and customs, which are outside our control. See our Shipping, Returns and Refunds policy for details.

Orders sent across borders may attract import duties, taxes or fees in your country. These aren’t included in our prices and are payable by you.

Faults, returns and your rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, and nothing in these terms limits those rights or any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country. How to report a damaged or faulty book is set out in our Shipping, Returns and Refunds policy.

Because every book is printed to order, we don’t offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Copyright

Every photograph in our books remains the copyright of the photographer who made it. Buying a book does not give you any right to copy, scan, share or reuse its photographs or contents.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for delays caused by our print partner, couriers or customs. Where our liability can be limited, it is limited, at our choice, to replacing the book or refunding the price you paid for it.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
